Abilities: While entirely baseline human, Rilla is extremely healthy and athletic -- with combat training from years with Uncle Cap and Peggy -- and has a genius-level intellect. This is mostly channeled towards medical goals, and she makes first-aid kits that work wonders, harmless sedatives, etc.
Equipment:
Body armor: Non-powered armor specially tailored for her to allow some protection with maximum range of motion.
Stunner bracelets: Do what it says on the tin; mini-gauntlets of sorts worn on the wrists and allowing stun-blasts.
Gadgetpack: Belt full of Useful Devices: capsules that release a sedative of her own design, stuff Dad makes for her, presents from Lucas, etc.
Weaknesses:
Baseline human.
She's not /bad/ with weapons tech, but she generally seeks collaboration with her father or brother on it. It's just not her forte or her focus at all.
